Technology in Real Estate
Greg has always been on the leading edge of technology. Back in the 70's, he was with a Real Estate firm in the Chicago area, (Lieberman Realtors), that made videos of their listings to show to Clients & Agents out of the area. This was way before video cameras were available in stores. Stan Lieberman created "Video Homes of America". This feature was so unique for it's time, that it was featured on the front page of the New York Times & the London Daily Express. (I guess because I was so handsome, they put my pictures in the brochures! haha)
Greg has been using computers since 1989 in the real estate business. Besides his 36 years of marketing thousands of homes, Greg creates professional marketing materials & provides Sellers with his exclusive, high impact dvd video tour for each property. If you are selling a home, you need to call Greg Seznak. He offers a unique level of professionalism in marketing & negotiating homesales, unmatched by the vast majority of other Agents.
A unique level of experience
Greg spent 15 years of his real estate career with Merrill Lynch Relocation. He performed every function involved with relocation. He has counseled transferring families, reviewed appraisals, trained Brokers, trained relocation departments, trained Appraisers, physically inspected & successfully marketed thousands of homes all across the USA. Sometimes travelling 4 to 5 days a week to see & sell unique homes. One day, he'd be inspecting a new acquisition in the John Hancock Centre in Chicago, and the next day he'd be inspecting & selling a home next to a pig farm in rural Indiana. Another call would require an immediate trip up to Ely, Mn. to see a home & get it sold. 2 days later, he'd be in the wilderness of the Badlands in the Dakota's to go see & sell more homes. Sometimes, he would be called upon to go to IBM Headquarters in New York, and spend 7 hours discussing the national inventory of homes & how to get them sold. (These meetings were highly successful & resulted in a record number of sales nationwide). Then, he would meet the client contacts at Kimberly-Clark up in Appleton, Wisconsin to show them their inventory homes & tell them what was needed to effect timely, cost effective sales. He also sold several Con-Agra homes & met with their "top brass" at their Omaha headquarters to discuss his effective market strategies. Because of his track record & reputation, he was asked to assist the relocation department for a few weeks, on-site, at State Farm's headquarters in Bloomington, Illinois.
The next week would take him to Beverly Hills, Ca. to interview Brokers to list a palatial home owned by a corporate President. After that, he'd find himself in a rural area outside of Bemidji, Mn., or in rural Arkansas to see some newly acquired homes to get sold. He has just about done it all, or seen it all, when it comes to real estate. He would never have had the experience he has, if he stayed in one place selling real estate in the Chicago suburbs. From shotgun shacks to geodesic dome homes, to earth berm homes, to mansions, Greg has done it all.
You always see a lot of agents bragging that they are #1. Fact is that a lot of them have their whole family & others working for them, putting all the listings & sales in their name only. They make it look like they are a super hero, but it is all combined business, into 1 name. I don't do the "puppy mill approach" in real estate. I offer, one of a kind, personable, unique real estate services. You should get Greg's virtually unparalled experience level working for You, when you buy or sell a home. One of the most experienced residential Realtors in the USA is right here, available to serve you.
